Dear Harry,

Thanks for keeping me informed on such important news. 

I resent having indirectly heard this piece of information. The way that the official language school has addressed us makes me feel distressed since it comes to light that the public institutions are turning a blind eye to public education and how they prefer tearing down rather than building up.

On no account did I think they could be thinking of demolishing our school, not for the building itself but because of the students who will take the brunt of it. I’ve also heard that they set out to move us to a further place; It doesn’t make any sense!

It’s high time to carry out actions so that we aren’t moved from our homes.

Firstly, we should all address the town hall to express our total dissatisfaction. We can spare no effort to make a complaint signed by all the students. Be that as it may, making the town hall rule out the idea of moving should be our workhorse.

Last but not least, we could offer a plan to profit from the leftover spaces which are not used. As it could not be otherwise, we could spend this money on modernising our old school which certainly needs a fresh start.

I write to you to speak out about one point that certainly concerns you. 

In keeping with the new supermarket built up in our area, I can see how your commerce is running out of steam. I set out to help you to the extent possible. 

To begin with, I recognize I’m drawn to your shop; it doesn’t get any better than your fruits, and the wines stand out from the crowd. Nevertheless, I’m afraid that’s not enough. You must put a great deal of effort into catching youngsters' eyes. 

As you know, they frown upon dull places, so making your place pretty would work wonders.

On the other hand, I can see you have neither a website nor a social networking account. It is taking a toll on you since most customers are really into new technologies.

To top it all off, you don’t take care of small details such as offers or special days. If it were up to me, I would come up with events to grab people’s attention. 

Finally, I encourage you not to put off sorting out the issues mentioned above, since when it comes to business, “one stick in time saves nine”
