Jane Hi! I find your profile quite interesting. Why are you interested in working as an au pair?

Hi Jane!  Nice to meet you! I am interested in working as an Au pair because I would like to live abroad and I also like to improve all my languages skills. 

I love caring for children and I’ve worked as a babysitter.

Jane: Oh, I see! Have you had a look at our profile as a host family? Would you like to work for us? 

You: 

Yes! Of course! I would like to work with your family. I would like to learn about you and have a good experience such as an Au pair. Because I think that it’s an amazing chance to grow

Jane: I can only offer you a salary of £70 per week, but you won’t have food expenses. How do you feel about it?         You:  

I feel upset because the waste in your country is very different from mine, so I hope for a salary according to the waste. Moreover, most of the Au pairs received a salary of over £70.

That’s the reason that I hope we will reach an agreement

PART 4 You are a member of the ‘PERFECT AU PAIR’ service. On your last visit to their website, you saw a private message from a host family. 

Dear au pair, 

I am sorry to inform you that we won’t be able to keep your £70/week salary due to recent financial problems. For this reason, we have found ourselves forced to reduce it by 10%. We feel so sorry about it and will appreciate your comprehension.

Dear Jane,

I hope you and your family are well! Here in Alicante we are fine!

I am writing this email because I am very sad about the latest changes. Although you don’t have any kind of guilt, I can’t live for a year with that budget. Therefore, I won't be your Au Pair this summer.

On the other hand, I would like to be in contact with you and not miss the opportunity of chatting with your children such as these months. You are a kind family and I hope that in the future We will meet you.

I will try to save money to go to London and perhaps I could be your Au pair on some occasion.
