Key Vocab (B1): Healthy, fit, snacks, expensive, habits.
B1 Model Answer (Essay):
Nowadays, many young people have problems staying fit. In my opinion, there are two main reasons for this.
First, junk food is everywhere. It is very cheap and tasty, so students often buy burgers or pizza instead of eating vegetables. This is a very bad habit.
Second, many people don't do enough sport. Going to the gym is often expensive, and some people prefer playing video games at home.
In my view, we should try to walk more and eat more fruit. In conclusion, staying fit is difficult but it is very important for our future health.

📘 B2 Teacher's Guide: Tips & Models
Strategy: Use "Fixed Expressions" (On the one hand, It is widely believed that). Use the Passive Voice to sound more formal.
Key Vocab (B2): Sedentary, obesity, awareness, beneficial, encourage.
B2 Model Answer (Essay):
In recent years, health has become a major concern for many people. However, there is a debate about whether the government or the individual should take action.
On the one hand, many argue that the government must intervene. For instance, putting higher taxes on sugary drinks and fast food could discourage people from buying them. Furthermore, it is essential to promote sports in schools to ensure children develop healthy habits from a young age.
On the other hand, individuals must be responsible for their own choices. No law can force a person to exercise if they do not want to. People need to be aware of the risks of a sedentary lifestyle and make an effort to cook healthy meals at home.
In my opinion, a combination of both is necessary. Governments should provide facilities and education, but the final decision depends on the individual. To conclude, if we want a healthier society, everyone must work together.
