Hi Millie, It's ages since I heard from you. Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while. But what guess? I have experienced identity theft, too, so I have some tips. It´s a good idea to change your password regularly. if I were you, I´d not use the same login for all my online accounts.
Have you thought about keeping an eye on your account activity daily? Little do I know, it´s suggested to check your bank account regularly as well as your emails. Be careful; most cyberattacks use a broad range of attacks from email and mobile but also USB to steal valuable data.
For example, one of the best ways to leave hackers behind is to avoid replying to fake emails because they could come from scammers who want to grab personal data. It's A fact that it's not a piece of cake tackling that, but another thing you could try is implementing optimal security measures to counter likely threats.

Well-being and free time activities In the prevalence of keeping a healthy lifestyle, is there a trend that is provoking obsession in terms of taking part in leisure activities or are they beneficial for our body and mind? People argue that free time activities go hand in hand with the improvement of well-being, not only in a physical way but also psychologically. However, I agree with this statement. As far as I am concerned, citizens are experiencing some negative effects on their welfare such as depression and stress due to this lockdown situation we have been living. More and more teenagers and adults suffer from being overweight and mental illness, and what we need to do is enroll in spare time activities to deal with them despite they have been disrupted by COVID-19. Daily, for instance, I have included free time outdoor activities but also indoor ones using gadgets. What is more, I would question how to make a balanced choice for a physically and psychologically healthy life. I strongly believe that one of the key goals is to boost our motivation as well as exchange information with relatives, workmates, and friends. Indeed, it is a great fact that leisure activities are better when you practice them with someone to make time as enjoyable as possible. In a nutshell, it seems to me that although most people feel stuck in a rut and the inclusion of free time activities could break it, not until we realise that the main aim is to avoid far-reaching effects in health problems life will population enrich the plenty of spare time option despite living alarm situation. |
